CERULLI REPORT DISTRIBUTION TERMS
Usage, possession or access to Cerulli research without being a client or purchasing the research is in VIOLATION of our distribution agreement.
1. REPORT HARD COPIES:
As part of your report purchase, we are providing with a minimum of 5 hardcopies. Additional hardcopies may be purchased for a fee of $25 per copy plus shipping.
Usage Terms: This Cerulli Report is intended exclusively for distribution within [XXX]. Distribution to or use by any other firm (including consultants), subsidiary, affiliate, external field force, or client is prohibited (as is reproduction in whole or part in any media or company communications), except by permission. Use of any content contained within this report must be accompanied by proper attribution to Cerulli Associates.
2. REPORT EXHIBITS:
All exhibits contained in this report are provided in Excel Format. The Excel has been emailed to you and is available online via our free client login service.
Usage Terms: This data is intended for use only by your firm and is limited to home office personnel (no affiliates, subsidiaries, outside salesforces or consultants) unless previously agreed upon. This data may not be reproduced (in total or in part) or redistributed beyond your firm. Appropriate use of this data must accompany attribution to Cerulli Associates.
3. CONSULTANTS:
Clients using consultants are permitted only to share Cerulli research within client offices. Consultants may not receive Cerulli research electronically, view or log into online client accounts or download Cerulli files from a shared drive. Cerulli only supports clients. Consultants are not allowed to be included on client emails, phone calls or in-person meetings with Cerulli unless permission is received in advance.
4. POWERPOINT FILES:
PowerPoint slides from the Cerulli Online Presentation Series are available to all report subscribers. These slides have been emailed to you and are available online via our client login service.

5. ONLINE ACCESS:
Cerulli Client Login is a free service that allows you to view, search and print all the Cerulli research your firm purchases, including the files listed above. Your firm has unlimited online users.
Usage Terms: Cerulli Client Login is limited to home office personal at your firm. Use may not be extended beyond your firm (including consultants).
Obtaining a password: To obtain a password to your firm’s online account, please visit our website and click on client login in orange at the top, or call our marketing team at 617-437-0084.

CERULLI EDGE SERIES DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
Usage, possession or access to Cerulli research without being a client or purchasing the research is in VIOLATION of our distribution agreement.
1. EDGE HARD COPIES: Your subscription includes hard copy distribution to 15 internal contacts. Additional recipients may be added for hard copy distribution for an annual fee of $500 for quarterly publications and $1000 for monthly publications.
You may view the “authorized” recipient list via Cerulli Client Login at www.cerulli.com or contact us at +1 617-437-0084, CAmarketing@cerulli.com. To establish, or change your recipient list, please contact the account management team at +1 617-437-0084, CAmarketing@cerulli.com.

Distribution to or use by any other firm (including consultants), subsidiary, affiliate, external field force, or client is prohibited (as is reproduction in whole or part in any media or company communications), except by permission.
2. EDGE SOFT COPIES: Your subscription also includes soft copy distribution to the same 15 named recipients mentioned above. Recipients may choose hard copy, soft copy or both. Additional recipients may be added for soft copy distribution for an annual fee of $500 for quarterly publications and $1000 for monthly publications.

3. ONLINE ACCESS: Authorized recipients may also access The Cerulli Edge via Cerulli Client Login Service. This service allows authorized recipients to view, print, and download Edge issues and is for the exclusive use of recipients specifically named to receive the Edge. To obtain online access, please visit our website at www.cerulli.com
